Vendor Details

• Vendor Fee: $250

• Spots Available: 40

• Set-Up Time: Set up starts at 8:30 AM - Must be fully set up by 10:45 A.M.

• Tear-Down: No early breakdowns — vendors must remain until 6:00 P.M.

• Electricity: $10 additional fee

• Wi-Fi: Provided

• Spot Selection: Accepted vendors will receive a vendor map and a link to select a numbered space. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

STEP 1 – Apply Online

We’re excited to learn about your business! Start by completing and submitting the online vendor application below.

STEP 2 – Review & Notification

Our team will carefully review your application and send you an email letting you know if you’ve been approved.

If selected, the email will include a request for your vendor fee and any required documents.

STEP 3 – Secure Your Spot

Once we receive your payment and required documents, you’re officially part of the show!  We’ll send a confirmation email so you can begin planning your booth.
